Introibo ad altare Dei. Ad deum qui laetificat juventutem meam.
The Lord answered me, say not, 'I am too young.' To whomever I send you, you shall go; whatever I command you, you shall speak. Have no fear before them, because I am with you to deliver you, says the Lord. (Jeremiah 1:7-8)

Message from Bishop Del Riego
And, even now, in times of economic challenge, political change and cultural diversity, we still look to the Cross of Christ as the symbol of hope for all of God’s people; and, today in particular for the faithful people who gather to honor the triumph of Christ on the Cross, the Tree of Life... Let each of us dedicate ourselves again to be willing partners in bringing the hope of Christ’s Resurrection to all in our community.
- Auxilliary Bishop Rutilio Del Riego on the occasion of the 100th anniversary Easter Sunrise Service on Mt. Rubidoux, Riverside, CA, April 12, 2009.
